Gospel Choir In Residence

Iconic, central and a Vancouver treasure, Good Noise is honoured to call historic Christ Church Cathedral home as Gospel Choir in Residence.  Good Noise maintains independence as a community choir while being an active part of the musical life of the Cathedral.  Weekly rehearsals and the choir’s major concerts are held at the Cathedral.  Good Noise enjoys musical collaborations with the Cathedral Choir and Vancouver Children’s Choir (also in residence), having co-produced major concert events and co-commissioned the dynamic choral/instrumental work, “The Dawning”, by renowned composer/musician Paul Halley. Good Noise sings on occasion at Sunday church services and at the very popular annual “Gospel For the City” service on Christmas Eve.
